This is the Puma Velocity Nitro 3, and I think it’s a thoughtfully designed shoe. The heel design is a nod to the Fast R2. The word Velocity on the tongue uses a 3 instead of an E. And the Puma logo has tiny Puma logos inside. But it’s puffier and heavier than it was last year. So is this a case of form over function? It’s time to lace up the Velocity 3, and take it for a run.
