And...peak week is here! Like last year, I'm going to try to film every day of my peak week including my bikini competition. It's not only a way for me to share my peak week diet, how I meal prep, and all of the crazy things that happen during bikini prep, but it's also a fun record for me to look back on.

Hopefully you guys find these interesting! All of my foods are still gluten free, dairy free and soy free. So for those of you not on bikini prep but with a gluten intolerance, hopefully you'll still get some meal ideas.

In this video I also give you guys a look at what's in my fridge (starts around 8:30 if you want to skip ahead). Lots of veggies, fruit, fish, chicken, eggs, and of course coffee.
