Oh boy! Well, it's been a hot minute since I've uploaded a video. To be honest, 2018 has been a pretty hard year. And I had to take a long break from a lot of things in my life, including fitness. But now I'm back! And it's time to get back on track.

This past week I posted a photo on Instagram of last summer when I weighed 30lbs less. And I shared that I'm honestly tired of being overweight. I've been working pretty hard to lose weight this summer, but I haven't fully committed. It's time to change that.

When you're trying to lose weight or get back on track after you "fell off the wagon" two things are super important: You have to have a plan and you have to have social support.

The plan itself doesn't really matter. Most people just jump into another Whole30. But nothing about the Whole30 is necessarily magic. It's just a plan, that you stick to. You can also see success by joining any other online challenge. All of them work if you just commit.

The other reason these online challenges work is that they have social support. Having other people doing the same diet you’re doing, going through the same struggles you are, helps motivate you to not quit. But not everyone has that social support. So, we’re going to create it.

For the next month or so, I’m going to be fully committing to losing weight. And I want accountability buddies! I’ll be sharing on Instagram with the hashtag:
