We are cooking up a super nourishing and easy bowl with broccoli and spinach in a creamy tahini sauce, brown rice and hearty, brothy lentils. This dish layers steamed and then lightly charred broccoli atop fluffy brown rice, with wilted spinach adding a fresh contrast. The savory lentils, simmered with onion, garlic, and a hint of mustard, create a flavorful broth that complements the nutty tahini dressing, zesty with lemon. Sprinkled with sesame seeds, every spoonful is a testament to how delicious healthy eating can be.

Instructions:
Soak rice, wash and put on to boil
Wash and chop broccoli
Steam with a bit of water for a few mins
Chop and wash spinach
Chop onion and garlic
Fry onion in olive oil for a few mins
Add garlic and mustard
Add 2 cans of drained lentils and some water, let simmer
Mix tahini, lemon juice and salt
Fry broccoli until slightly charred
When charred, add spinach until wilted, then add tahini mix and heat through
Time to serve

2 tsp Mustard
Miso
2 cans of lentils
Brown rice
3 tbsp Tahini
Sesame seeds
