Windows OS Chapter Tickets

In this video, we will cover some real-world tickets related to the 'Windows OS chapter in the Modern IT Support Part 1 course. Keep in mind that we will cover the bare minimum when addressing tickets to complement the chapter learning. In this video, we will address three tickets related to Active Directory account, joining a machine to the domain, RDP issues, and finding computer version information

Ticket 1: Windows OS
Description: IT Manager Monica: Hello, James will be starting on Monday. Please create his Active Directory account and set up the "PLABWIN102" machine. Ensure to test his account on this machine.

Ticket 2: RDP Issue
Description: Hello, this is James. I recently joined, but I can't RDP to my machine from Plabwin10 which is a training room. I was supposed to RDP to the machine for some training.

Ticket 3: Reports
Description: IT Manager Monica: Please send me the report of all client OS. We are looking into upgrading some of our client OS to the latest version.
