Andrii Usach’s project “24.02: Life After” is a series of interviews with people who have found temporary shelter in Lviv. The project team has documented 20 videos in the period from March to June 2022. “24.02: Life After” not only highlights the experiences of internally displaced persons but also the role of Lviv as both place of refuge and transport hub. The team is planning to revisit the interviews after Ukrainian victory.

In this video, Andrii Usach talks about the specifics of working with people who have escaped newly occupied territories and the ethics of academic research in times of war.
