In this heartwarming video, Seth takes his niece, Ellyssa, on a whitetail deer hunt at their family's hunting property. After patiently waiting for the perfect moment, Ellyssa makes a clean shot and harvests her first whitetail deer.

After they field dress, skin, and hang the deer overnight in the cool autumn weather, they return to the butcher shop for a day of processing. Processing includes showing a beginner how to process, season, and stuff the deer meat in to Maple Breakfast link sausages.
