While Vegas is known for their Seafood and Lobster Buffets from M Resort's Best Steak and Lobster Brunch ; the best in Vegas to the seafood extravaganza at the Palms Casino, it'll be interesting to see if Singapore has something the matches or beats the Vegas standard.

Luckily, my good friend Kieth recently took a trip to Singapore and discovered a hidden gem. A buffet almost all dedicated to lobsters! From Singapore Chilli Lobster, Lobster in Laksa and black pepper sauce you'll find an endless preparation of this tasty crustacean-- baked, fried, grilled, poached to name a few.

This is a somewhat difficult to find buffet as it's one of the lesser known/hidden gems type destination. It's only offered on Wednesday and is available at the J65 Cafe at the JEN hotel. Well worth seeking out this hidden spot.
