This pasta sauce is AMAZING! It is my aunt Elaine's recipe and my whole family is always asking her for a jar to take home. This is a big batch so we put half in a freezer safe ziplock bag for spaghetti and the other half in a ziplock for lasagna for later in the week. You can also put this sauce over any of your favorite pasta. Enjoy!
Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs hamburger
(2) 15 oz cans tomato sauce (Hunts)
(2) 14.5 oz cans petite diced tomatoes (Hunts)
(2) 6oz cans tomato paste (Hunts)
(2) 14.5 oz cans stewed tomatoes with basil and oregano (S&W)
(1) 45oz jar of Prego traditional Italian tomato sauce
8 oz sliced white mushrooms (optional)
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 yellow onion chopped
1 cup red wine Cabernet Sauvignon (optional)
1 Tbsp dried Oregano
1/4 cup chopped fresh Basil
1 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
pinch of salt and pepper to season hamburger
2 pinches of pepper for the sauce
4 baby carrots (helps cut the sugar and acid)
