G'day Gang! I've been a Bronson fan for a long time. Dr. Lector was an album that I'd listen to on public transport at least 3 times a week. Action Bronson is a great rapper, a charismatic character, author, beloved individual and a food loving chef.

For this sandwich I strayed away from the usual formula of between bread to focus on seasonal local ingredients. Taking a classic and elevating in Action Bronson style. I think he'd like this BLT.
