Delayed Gratification! It feels like no one talks about it in regards to achieving goals and improving your life but it is one of the main pillars of achievement! When your harness this skill and use it regularly, it becomes easier to ignore distractions and have set in stone reasons for your actions. And doing this feels soo dang good! So begin practicing delayed gratification and crushing your goals whether its saving money, losing weight or something like starting a new business!
