Did you know it was quite so quick and easy to make amazing jam in your Thermomix!? I love experimenting with different flavour combinations, but today I'm going with classic strawberry which is one of my favourites. If you have a favourite flavour jam, make sure you let me know in the comments!

500g frozen fruit, thawed or fresh fruit
210g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
10g lemon juice
20g corn flour
20g water

Place the fruit, caster sugar, vanilla bean paste and lemon juice in the mixing bowl and cook 15-20 Min. / 100C / Speed 2 / instead of the measuring cup place the simmering basket on top of the lid. After 10 minutes mix the corn flour with the water and pour through the lid. Continue cooking until your jam has reached setting consistency. Pour into sterilised glass jars and seal. Leave to cool before storing either in the fridge or at room temperature.
