In this video, I will go over how to remove the 3 sections of the lower center console to gain access for any project that you may have in mind. THe last time I did this, I was installing my Midland MXT400 GMRS Radio.

This time I’m going to be adding some ambient lighting to the interior of my 2019 Power Wagon. Because of the black interior, the floors are virtually pitch black when driving at night. Fishing around for a charger cable or some change for the drive thru can be an annoyance when it’s so dark.

The lower center console is where I want all the wires for the new LED strips to meet when they are wired up. I thought about tapping into existing wires, but I want to have total control over the lighting even when the truck is off. I’ll be adding a rocker switch for that.🍺🤠👍🏼
