Goja
2 cup All-Purpose Flour (Moida)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
4 tbsp Oil
Mix
2/3 cup cold water
Add water gradually until dough is hard
Cover and rest for 30 mins
Roll until 1/4 inch thick
Cut to finger size

Add Oil
When oil is hot, add Goja
Fry on low-medium for 10-12 minutes
When lightly browned, take off from stove
Let goja cool completely

Syrup
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup water
Bring to boil (around 2 mins)
When syrup is sticky, add Goja
Mix occasionally
When it sets, sugar should be sticky
When cold, store into airtight container
Syrup can be stored for 1.5-2 months
