Hey Food Box HQ Family! Today we're unboxing, cooking, and taste testing Sea To Table.

Sea To Table is a seafood delivery service. While on the surface they may look like many of the other seafood delivery services out there, they have one thing that makes them much different... They DNA test their fish. It sounds crazy but there's a reason behind it.

Roughly 1/3 of seafood is mislabeled, leading to what Sea To Table calls, "Fish Fraud."

Another thing I really like about Sea To Table is the fact that they label their seafood with what it is, where it was caught, how it was caught, and when it's best by. Having tried over a dozen different seafood delivery services I've never come across one that labels each with the catch method. Very interesting to know!
