WHAT IS THE YES FITNESS PLAN??? Do the Y.E.S. workouts 3 times each week, along with 2 1/2 hrs/week moderate-intensity cardio exercise, and after 8 weeks, you’ll be feeling Younger, more Energized, and Stronger… YES! I created this for exercise beginners, active seniors, and really just anyone who's taken a break from fitness and is ready to get their exercise groove back.
