I love this dish. One pot, delicious chicken and chorizo, and whatever vegetables you have lying around in your fridge. This video has no set recipe, it's more about the technique. You can swap out the chicken for fish or just veggies. Once you have this technique down, the options are endless. Give it a go and let me know what you think.
