1 tbsp Cooking Wine
1 tsp Tapioca Starch
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp chicken Seasoning

450g Cabbage
225g Wood Ear Mushroom
225g Bamboo Shoot
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
100g Carrot
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Chicken Se

2 Eggs
1 Pack Mu Shu Wrappers
Served with Hoisin Sauce
