Artist and PeaceLove Co-founder Jeff Sparr creates artwork exploring the theme of control and invites us to create with him!

PeaceLove Co-founder Jeff Sparr is on a mission to help millions of people create peace of mind through expressive arts and storytelling. After battling Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) much of his life, he tried his hand at painting and found that it dramatically subdued the symptoms of his OCD. This discovery changed the course of Jeff's life. He wanted to share it with the world, and went on to co-found PeaceLove.
