Tampa Bay Rays hosting the New York Yankees. During the 5th inning Rays Manager Kevin Cash is ejected, here is a quick overview of what took place leading up to the ejection.
First inning Arozarena will hit one to deep right center to put the Rays on the board first. Onto the 3rd inning, his next at bat during the 3rd inning, Diaz will drive one over the wall to straight away center. Next up, Franco will hit a ground rule double as this ball bounces over the left field fence. Now the next at bat Arozarena would take on high and tight to the ribs from Brito. Moving to the 5th inning, Arozarena would get hit again, almost in the same location. The umpires would get together and issue warnings. Rays manager would come out to the field not understanding why the Yankees pitcher wasn’t ejected, so he himself gets ejected. Seems about right.
