Last Week 21 year Old MHP Athlete Chris Bumstead visited the M&S HQ to share some of his training and nutrition techniques. This video really wasn't even on the schedule, but Chris really liked our deadlift platforms and wanted to get quick deadlift session in before we filmed his second full workout. Obviously we filmed it when we heard what type of weight he was planning to pull.
