On Nov. 10, a rare albino puma cub made her debut at Thomas Belt zoo in Nicaragua. She is the Central American country’s first albino puma to be born in captivity. The zoo named her Itzae, which means ‘gift from God’ in Mayan languages. Itzae was born alongside two siblings who have the typical puma cub colouring of light brown fur with dark spots.
