Royce Lewis, a top prospect for the Minnesota Twins, has not had a lot of luck on his side during his short MLB career. Last year during his rookie season, Royce would collide with the wall in center while making a catch. Resulting in his 2nd ACL tear in a 15-month span, requiring surgery, putting him out for the rest of last season.

Now in 2023, just a week back onto the roster, Lewis would try to beat a throw to first against the Guardians and Royce would try to jump over the first baseman and dangerously land on his neck, creating a very scary moment. Luckily Lewis would come to his feet and be deemed ok besides some bruising.
