Red Enchilada Sauce Recipe Demonstration

1/4 C Vegetable oil
2 TB Flour
1/4 C Chili Powder
8 oz can Tomato Sauce
14.5 oz. can Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/8 tsp salt, or to taste

Heat oil on low and add flour and chili powder. When well combined, add tomato sauce and broth and then turn the heat up a bit

Add seasonings and stir occasionally until it is steaming and has thickened

Works well to freeze, too!
