Spanish salad without potatoes? With Cauliflower it is incredible!
Just as delicious and much lighter. Making a salad with cauliflower instead of potatoes has been a great success. Now I repeat this recipe very frequently.
Preparing a large quantity is fine. I keep it in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 days and always have food ready for a day in a hurry.

What ingredients do I need for this recipe?
A small cauliflower.
5 - 6 eggs M.
2 large carrots.
A cup of peas (I used frozen peas)
Green olives, half a cup.
Pickled cucumbers, half a cup.
Canned roasted peppers, half a cup.
Canned tuna, 330 g. drained weight.

To make the mayonnaise:
1 egg.
300 ml of oil. Better to mix different oils: 100 ml olive oil, 100 ml seed oil, 100 ml canned tuna oil.
Salt and lemon.
