It's no secret if you own a 2014- 2018 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra that they have transmission issues. One reason for this is that they ran too hot from the factory. We checked the temperature of our truck and of course, the temperature was 195°F(which is too hot). In the video, we mention 4 methods on how to lower your transmission temperature and show how to do two of them. The two methods we show are the pill flip mod and the complete installation of the sure-cool product from Superior Solutions. After the installation, our temperature went from 195°F to 153°F with an outside temperature of 96°F. The transmission thermostat is held on by 13mm bolt and the cooling lines are held on by a 10mm bolt if you own a 2016-2018. If you own a 2014-2015 the cooling lines are held on by a c-clip on each line.
Thank you for watching our video. Until next time, take care and God bless.
Best Regards,
Daniel and Maria
