It's technically a salad, but it's also definitely topped with a crispy crunchy sesame-crusted chicken cutlet that's swimming in Frank's Red Hot. Ingredients :
PRODUCE
2 celery stalks
2 Persian cucumbers
2 medium carrots
1 garlic clove
4 large Little Gem lettuces or 3 hearts of romaine (about 1½ pounds)

PANTRY
1 tablespoon sugar
kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper
⅔ cup, plus 2 tablespoons unseasoned
rice vinegar
¼ cup tahini
¾ cup flour
1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
⅔ cup sesame seeds
vegetable oil, for frying
3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce

DAIRY
½ cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

MEAT
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1½ pounds)
