We continued work on the tree house this week and once again, the weather was so bizarre. From rain and temps in the 40's to sunny/snowy/windy and so so cold. We worked through it all to get the joists milled for the treehouse platform. We've said from the beginning we're doing this debt free, so the decision to mill our own joists was a no brainer. We were going to save a bunch of money this way, but there was one thing we didn't take into consideration. Injury. Per usual though, we made it through another week, we're both on the mend and of course, so very thankful for the kids help! They debarked logs while we milled to make quick work of this weeks task.
