Ooh this is a good recipe of Maria's! It's easy to cook too:
1 carrot, onion, rosemary, one minced sun dried tomato (if you haven't made the stock with it), 200ml passata, 50ml white wine, 500g free range pork shoulder steak and 250g arborio or other risotto rice, around 750ml meat stock, the zest of half a lemon, the peel of half a lemon julienned, 1g of saffron, pecorino cheese to serve.
We'll have to return to film Maria's artichokes with rice!
