In this video, I am showing how to prepare and cook Yakitori, Japanese style grilled chicken on skewers. I am also showing how to debone the chicken from thigh bone as well as two types of flavor for Yakitori, salt with Yuzukosho (Japanese spicy citrus paste) and Teriyaki sauce.

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.

Chicken (preferably boneless thigh) 200 g
Scallion 2-3
Tare (sauce):
- Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
- Sugar 2 Tbsp
