2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
Pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Peach preserve
Egg wash
Demerara sugar
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
