French President Emmanuel Macron warned Israeli PM Netanyahu against forced transfer of Palestinians from refugee-packed Rafah. Macron told Netanyhau that any forced transfer of people from the southern Gaza city of Rafah would constitute "a war crime". Macron said he intends to bring a draft resolution to the UN Security Council calling for "an immediate and lasting ceasefire". The US vice-president has warned Netanyahu that “it would be a mistake to move into Rafah with any type of military operation. Kamala Harris said Biden was “ruling out nothing” in terms of consequences if Netanyahu moves ahead with the assault.
