17-year-old David Popovici from Romania has shown his dominance once again. In the European 200m Freestyle Final, he not only broke his own World Junior Record of 1:43.21, but also set a new Textile World Record (fastest time without wearing a full bodysuit), posting a time of 1:42.97!
