The Baratza Encore is probably the best selling home grinder ever - just look at the Amazon ratings. The main downside of the original Encore was that it did not grind fine enough for espresso. Now, Baratza has updated the Encore to the ESP model, which includes an espresso range. It also includes a clever stepped dial system, that has higher resolution for espresso clicks, and coarser resolution for pour over and above. This grinder packs a punch, when considering the value you get, in this $200 package!
