I'm BooneBake. 🤗

Today I made a chocolate mousse tart with a lovely design.
I made it into a nice check pattern.
Even the lid was made in a checkered pattern, making it twice as special.

This check pattern was made in a different way than before.
Aren’t you curious about how to make it?

And I made the coffee mousse for the insert in a really easy way.
Gelatin is not included.
I think this would be a good recipe for those who hate gelatin.

I used a 15cm round mold.
Details are provided in the subtitles and video.

It would really be a waste to eat this chocolate tart, but...
It's really delicious too.
This is especially true because of the *** powder added to the tart dough.

I made decorative cookies with the leftover dough and the designs turned out to be even cuter.

● Cup measure standard
237ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml=1tsp
1 egg (53 g without shell)
Heavy cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is chopped, flour is before sifting)

● Tart dough
** Mold size [Diameter: 15cm (diameter)*5cm (height)]

[Basic dough]
110g unsalted butter (1/2 cup + 3tsp)
85g powdered sugar (1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cinnamon powder
1 egg (53 g)
3ml Vanilla extract

[Plain dough]
1/4 of the basic dough
60g cake flour (1/3 cup+1Tbsp+1tsp)
7 g almond powder (1 Tbsp)

[Light brown color dough]
118g cake flour (3/4 cup + 1Tbsp)
15 g almond powder (2 Tbsp)
2 g cocoa powder (1 tsp)

[Dark brown color dough]
52g cake flour (1/3 cup + 1tsp)
7 g almond powder (1 Tbsp)
6 g cocoa powder (3 tsp)

● Coffee Syrup
75ml espresso coffee (1/3 cup)
10g sugar (2tsp+1/2tsp)
30 g hot water (2 Tbsp)

● Dark chocolate mousse (no gelatin)
75 g dark chocolate (1/2 cup)
60g heavy cream (1/4 cup)

120g (1/2 cup) heavy cream (50% whipped)


Vanilla Sand Cookies
Strawberries, kiwi, kumquat...
