The 2nd May was World Asthma Awareness Day, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to make a video talking about my experiences of asthma, to try and raise some awareness. Obviously I'm not a medical professional, so these are just my experiences. I'm happy to try and answer any questions, but recommend speaking to your doctor if you're concerned about your health.
I can also really recommend following Asthma UK, who share so much information and support, as well as conducting research into all sorts of aspects of asthma.

I try to be as clear as possible with my content. If I have been paid to create a video or share an item, it will be clearly marked as an AD. If I have been sent/given something with no additional payment or expectation to create content, it will be marked as AD Gifted. And if I have been invited to an event, it will be marked as AD Press Trip. All opinions will always be my own whether I have received payment or not, and I will only talk about products/services that I feel fit in with my channel/blog.
