Ingredients - 

Chicken & Seasoning - 

1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Olive Oil 
5 - Small Chicken Breasts 
1 tsp (2.5g) - Ground Cumin 
1 tsp (2.5g) - Smoked Paprika 
1 tsp (2.5g) - Garlic Powder 
1 tsp (2.5g) - Onion Powder 
Salt & Pepper

Black Beans - 

1 Can (400g) - Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
1 tsp (2.5g) - Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp (1.5g) - Ground Chilli Powder 
10g (0.3oz) - Coriander (Cilantro), Chopped 
Seasoning To Taste 

Corn Salsa -

1 Can (400g) - Corn Kernels, Rinsed
1 - Red Onion, Diced 
2 - Large Tomatoes, Diced 
10g (0.3oz) - Coriander (Cilantro) 
1 - Lime, Juiced 
Seasoning To Taste 

Cauliflower Rice - 

1 Tbsp (20ml) - Olive Oil 
1 - Large Cauliflower, Chopped 
Seasoning To Taste 

Garnish - 

Spring Onion
Sour Cream 
Sriracha Mayo
