Ingredients:

2.5 cups water
1 cup milk
2 tsp salt
3 tbs butter
2.5 c. cornmeal
½ cup of flour
½ cup shredded Longhorn cheddar cheese
Oil for frying
Cheese for stuffed sorullitos
