Wonderful cakes from grandma's kitchen! This classic cheesecake will enchant you! 🌟🍰 Perfect for Easter!

❗️Attention, I recommend using ingredients in grams as this is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200 ml

🍰Dough:
120 g (one piece and one tbsp) softened butter
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
2 eggs
240 g (1 2/3 cups / 8.5 oz) flour
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
60 ml (3 tbsp / 2 fl oz) milk

Baking pan 18X28 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for 20 minutes

🍦Cream:
400g (14oz) ricotta
3 egg yolks
30 g (2 tbsp / 1 oz) sugar
30 g (2 heaped tbsp / 1 oz) cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
3 egg whites
a pinch of salt
120 g (2/3 cup / 4 oz) sugar

🍒🫐Berry jam:
300 g (10.5 oz) berry mixture
50 g (3 tbsp / 1.5 oz) sugar
20 g (1 heaped tablespoon) cornstarch
60 ml (3 tbsp / 2 fl oz) water
Heat and stir until thickened

💛Sprinkles:
60 g (1/2 stick) butter
60 g (4 tbsp / 2 oz) sugar
120 g (3/4 cup / 4 oz) flour

Assemble the cake like in the video
Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 50 minutes

Allow the cake to cool completely
