On a cold, rainy day in Busan, we randomly stumbled across one of the city's most famous restaurants that specializes in the local favorite "Dwaeji Gukbap", Pig Intestine Rice Soup. We were a little intimidated by the pig body parts hanging from the wall, but we decided to go for it anyway...
