Mara's tiramisù is an excellent, get ahead and indulgent dessert for the holidays. There are so many variations on this, across the world, but key things to remember are: use great quality ingredients (espresso please, not instant coffee) and don't let your Savoyard/lady fingers biscuits turn to mush.
