In this video we make a batch of crispy garlic parmesan potato wedges in the Gozney Dome. First we make a garlic infused olive oil to brush on the potatoes before roasting them in the dome until golden and crispy. We add loads of freshly grated parm and garnish with fresh parsley and dive in. This recipe turned out great and I definitely recommend giving it a try!
