Here's how i do toner transfer onto aluminum, or other metals. It works well if you do it right and you don't need any heat, or much time.
Here's the paper I use. Peel the lables off and print on the waxy side. it may help to run several sheets of regular blank paper through the printer first to warm it up so the toner sticks to the lable paper without dragging.
