Same iron transfer method but with a new carrier paper. I have been using the backer to Arlon vinyl(sign maker vinyl). This prints great and once transferred literally just peals off without soaking in water or alcohol, and leaves no toner on the paper! I also show you another method using a specialized piece of equipment, a vulcanizer that I use in my jewelry studio.

About this video: In this video I used Arlons 2100 series premium vinyl to print my toner transfer on, I'm not sure if the brand matters, I would love feedback from trying different brands like 3M. I set my temp to ~300F on both my iron and vulcanizer, this seems to only soften the toner and not melt it. I used an old Brother 2040 laser printer with Brother toner in it. The drum is past its life end and that seems to be putting down a little less toner. The small traces on this PCB were .016
