Nox Smoke decarbonizing degreaser is available in both an aerosol and a heavy-duty liquid form that can be used as-is or diluted up to 1:128 and applied with almost all types of spraying and foaming equipment. Use Nox Smoke in your industrial food processing facility (it's USDA authorized for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants), commercial kitchen, cafeteria, restaurant, or anywhere that you have cooking equipment, appliances, and cookware. Nox Smoke is formulated with Sodium Hydroxide, so it quickly removes grease, proteins, soot, and carbon, and it wipes away residue-free. Just spray it on and wipe it off! The aerosol is 50-state VOC compliant and USDA A8, and the liquid is non-flammable, low-foaming, and USDA A2. Nox Smoke is ideal for use on kettles, smoke houses, hoods, ovens, dryers, grills, broilers, griddles, fryers, pots, pans, stove tops, rotisseries, racks, drip pans, porcelain, burners, and non-aluminum utensils. You can apply Nox Smoke to warm and cold surfaces, and for best results we recommend using it on surfaces around 200°F. Add Momar's Regency to Nox Smoke liquid for added foaming action.
