The Asics Novablast 4 is a high-stacked everyday running shoe that's lightweight, stable and supportive. At $140, it competes with shoes like the Puma Velocity Nitro 3 and New Balance Rebel v4, but it offers a lot more foam than anything else in its price range. Here are my thoughts on the shoe after a 3 hour long run totaling about 22 to 23 miles.
