The Asics Nimbus Mirai is a max cushioned running shoe designed to be recycled at the end of its life. It uses a similar midsole compound, upper and fit as the popular Gel-Nimbus, but ditches the gel unit in the heel and is designed to have a lower environmental impact. In this video, I give an overview of the shoe, take it for a 10 mile first run and compare it to competitors.
