-Potato 420g (360g after peeling)
-Chicken drumstick 4 piece (750g)
-Water 1500ml
-Salt 1/2tbsp (7.5g)

-Corn starch / flour 2.5tbsp (25g)
-Mozzarella cheese 50g

-All purpose flour
-Egg
-Breadcrumb
-Black pepper
-Tomato ketchup
-Oil for deep frying (I'm using Rice bran oil)

*You can add spices and herbs
My recommendation is curry powder
