Adrienne Cheatham, chef and runner-up of Top Chef Season 15, makes blackened salmon with a collard green salad in the MUNCHIES Test Kitchen.
By starting the fish in a cast iron skillet and then finishing it off in the oven, Adrienne shows us how to get perfectly blackened and tender fish every time. She rounds out the dish with a side of collard greens tossed with a tangy buttermilk dressing and crunchy black-eyed peas.
