Although this song first appears in the game in Jolly Roger Bay (assuming you don't go to the Secret Aquarium first), it's officially titled Dire, Dire Docks, which you don't get to till later in the game.

Did you know this song hasn't been brought back in any way in any recent Mario game? Maybe they're saving it for something special...

This was my wife's yearly song choice for Valentine's Day, so I'll let her finish out the description:

"I didn't really know how to fully play this game (I was 6 and it was my brother's). Soooo I would leave Mario in Jolly Roger Bay just so that I could listen to the music while I played around in my room or read books. BUT! I did know how to throw the baby penguins off the cliffs in Cool Cool Mountain. That was fun!.... Do I need therapy? Am I okay?"
